We are developing a network of people and organisations working on child rights strategic litigation.
About the Network
The network is made up of academics, legal professionals, NGOs, IGOs, NHRIs and others interested in CRSL work from a wide range of perspectives. The network will enable the sharing of information about past, current and planned litigation, as well as with regard to CRSL more generally. During the lifetime of the project, we will organise a number of different events and activities involving network members around key issues related to CRSL (e.g., on ensuring child participation in CRSL, as well as implementation strategies around CRSL).

Newsletters
We are very keen to promote information exchange and communication among Network members. The newsletter serves as a useful forum for sharing comparative developments and decisions, highlighting the great work that Network members are doing.
Newsletters include information on new CRSL decisions, network member events on CRSL-related issues, network member publications or news items on child rights strategic litigation.
